**Windward Bali (balisailingcharter.com) is a sailing-charter concierge operated by Bali Premium Trip. We arrange private crewed sailing yachts and catamarans from Benoa and Serangan via vetted licensed partners — we are not the vessel owner and not a licensed financial, legal, or tax adviser. Every price is indicative, dated “as of 2026,” and subject to change. Nothing here is a guarantee of returns or outcomes.**
This page explains who we are, what we are responsible for, and where responsibility sits with the boat operators, harbour authorities, and Indonesian government bodies. Read it alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms before you enquire or book.
Who operates this website?
Windward Bali is a trading brand of the balisailingcharter.com website. The website is published by Juara Holding Group. Charter enquiries and reservations are handled by Bali Premium Trip, the operator that fields your WhatsApp and email messages and coordinates your sailing charter.
We act as a concierge and booking coordinator. When you charter a sailing yacht or catamaran through us, the vessel is owned and operated by a third-party charter company. Those partners hold the captain, crew, insurance, and operating permits for the boat you sail on. We select and coordinate; the licensed operator carries you.
Because of that structure, three things are always true:
- We do not own the yachts, catamarans, or crews described on this site.
- We arrange charters via vetted licensed partners, and the operating contract is ultimately between you and the vessel operator or its agent.
- We are not a licensed financial, legal, tax, immigration, or maritime-safety adviser, and nothing on this website is advice of that kind.
Are the prices on this site guaranteed?
No. Every rate on balisailingcharter.com is indicative and dated. Sailing charters are priced per whole boat, not per person, unless a page states otherwise — you hire the vessel, and the rate covers the boat, its captain, and crew rather than a headcount.
The figures we cite come from charter marketplaces and a cruising-community forum, not from official Indonesian government or marina tariff sheets. They move with season, boat size, fuel, and itinerary. Peak dates — July and August, plus the Christmas and New Year window — command premium rates and tighter availability. Treat published numbers as a starting reference, and confirm the live quote for your dates directly with our team.
| What we publish | What it actually is | What you should do |
|---|---|---|
| Per-boat day and hour rates (e.g. catamaran figures around EUR 2,167/day, examples from USD 600/day) | Indicative marketplace signals, dated as of 2026 | Request a written quote for your exact date and boat |
| Berthing and harbour figures (about USD 1/metre/day, USD 2.50 Benoa harbour fee) | Historical cruising-forum operational data | Verify current fees with the harbour or your operator |
| Seasonal and weather notes (dry season May–September, peak July–August) | General guidance, not a forecast or promise | Plan flexibly; conditions and availability vary |
Currency conversions, taxes, fuel surcharges, and third-party fees can change between the moment you read a page and the moment you book. The binding price is the one confirmed in writing by Bali Premium Trip or the vessel operator for your specific charter.
What are we responsible for, and what are we not?
We take responsibility for describing charters honestly, coordinating your booking, and passing accurate information between you and the operator. We do not control the vessel, the weather, sea conditions, or third-party services, and we cannot accept liability for them.
You acknowledge that:
- Sailing is weather-dependent. Captains may shorten, reroute, or cancel a sail for safety. Under sail, a run to Nusa Penida takes longer than the roughly 90 minutes a motor yacht needs, so day-sail schedules balance sail-time against anchor-and-snorkel time — itineraries are intentions, not fixed timetables.
- The vessel operator’s captain has final authority over the boat, the route, and all safety decisions, including whether snorkelling at Manta Point, Crystal Bay, or Kelingking Beach goes ahead.
- Insurance, seaworthiness certificates, and crew licensing are held by the operator. We ask partners to be properly licensed and insured, but we do not underwrite their coverage.
- Any activity on or around the water carries inherent risk that you accept when you board.
To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, Windward Bali, Bali Premium Trip, and Juara Holding Group are not liable for loss, injury, delay, or expense arising from the acts, omissions, or cancellations of third-party operators, harbour authorities, or force-majeure events.
What about entry, permits, and licensing rules?
Nearly all Bali leisure charters are captained and crewed, so as a guest you typically do not need a boating licence to book a private sailing charter. That is a convenience of the crewed, whole-boat model — not a substitute for your own paperwork.
Where we mention cruising and entry requirements — such as a passport valid 180 days beyond your length of stay, a CAIT cruising permit, a tourist visa, or a CAIT application sent to Bali Marina roughly five to six weeks in advance — we present those as operational guidance drawn from a cruising-community source. They are not confirmed current or 2027 rules. Immigration, customs, and maritime regulations change, and only the relevant Indonesian authorities can confirm what applies to you. Verify your own requirements before you travel.
Our 2027-forward notes — including Benoa Marina construction that began in 2025 with a full 180-berth capacity anticipated by mid-2026, and Nusa Penida e-ticketing reshaping day-sail logistics — are forward-looking context, not commitments. Timelines and infrastructure plans can slip or change.
How do we handle your personal data?
We process your data in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022, UU PDP). If you contact us from the European Union, United Kingdom, or elsewhere, we also apply GDPR-aware handling to your enquiry.
In practice:
- We collect only what we need to arrange your charter — name, contact details, travel dates, and party size.
- We share the minimum necessary with the vessel operator to fulfil your booking.
- We do not sell your data.
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information using the contacts below, subject to records we must keep by law.
Full detail lives in our Privacy Policy. This disclaimer is a summary, not the complete data notice.
How do you reach us, and what counts as a confirmed booking?
You can reach Bali Premium Trip through two routes:
- WhatsApp: +62 811 2859 0000
- Email: sales@balipremiumtrip.com
A message on either channel is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A charter is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from Bali Premium Trip or the vessel operator, on the agreed terms, for your specific dates and boat. Verbal indications, website figures, and preliminary chats do not bind either side until that written confirmation exists.
By using balisailingcharter.com you accept this disclaimer. We may update it as our partners, prices, and the applicable rules change; the version published here at the time of your enquiry applies. Where this page and a signed charter agreement differ, the charter agreement with the operator governs your trip.
